Please note that this studio is available exclusively for 1 guest and is on the 2nd floor (Walk-up).

Location & Neighborhood

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, in the coveted Historic West Beach Area, you’ll be two blocks from the beach and steps from Stearn’s Wharf, the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, including the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Adding to its appeal, the benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.

The Space

The Luxury Beach Studio boasts modern elegance, high-end amenities and contemporary accents throughout. The space offers a full bed, charming high-top dining table, and a brand new bathroom which features immaculate white tile, a walk in shower and accent tiles drawing inspiration from Andalusia, Spain. The kitchen is opulently completed with high-end finishes and new European appliances, a stainless steal oven, microwave, dishwasher and luxurious, Calcutta stone countertops. Bask in the sun and enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck, offering a gas grill, chaise lounge, and bistro set.

Our studios do not have their own reserved parking space, but street parking is quite accessible and easy to find directly outside of the building.
